ANGUS SLOPITCH LEAGUE

Rules & Regulations

As mentioned previously, we use the SPO guide lines to run our league. We do however, have our own set of individual league rules. You will find a link to the SPO rulebook on our links page. If there is a situation in a ball game, and we dont have anything in our league constitution, then the SPO rulebook takes the call.

We dont tolerate the use of foul language with our umpires or any other players. We have people of all ages watching our games, lead by example. Should you decide to mistreat one of our umpiring staff, disciplinary actions will be handed down upon you. If you would like to become an umpire, please contact our league president from the contact page and he will be happy to guide you in the right direction.

Anyone caught damaging the park facility will also be handed disciplinary actions and the authorities will be notified.

Please pick up all your litter to help keep our park clean, and to keep the efforts of those who pitch in at the beginning of every year to clean up the park to get it ready for the upcoming ball season, all worth while. We appreciate your participation and your cooperation.

Drive safely around the park area as there are many, many children that are out there playing and running around so please use that extra caution while coming to, and leaving the ball park.
Please keep in mind, as wes are now an SPO anctioned league, therefore we will be using either ASA or USSSA approved bat equipment.
